Parents want to be loving, authority figures and raise responsible children. Parents want their children to grow up and be wonderful adults. This can sometimes be more challenging for parents of children with special needs because in addition to meeting their child's academic, emotional and social needs, they also live in a world that uses abbreviations, acronyms, and often, obscure vocabulary. Learn new skills that provide parents with strategies for children who may require more structure and consistency.
